TRIBAL AND TRADITIONAL RUGS FROM EMMA MELLOR

These Afghan rugs were originally woven by the nomadic Tekke tribe in central Asia and were predominantly traded in the markets of Bokhara. Famous for there Gul design ( eight sided repeating motif ) and their beautiful red colouring. This Afghan rug represents exceptional value but is also a hard-wearing and usable piece.

Each rug is one of a kind and unique. Unusual narrow width.
